What To Expect In The Position:
- Supervise, mentor and develop the People Relations Services team.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation, monitor and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services.
- Ensure that all activities are compliant with relevant local labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- Regularly assess and refine HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burdens and enhance the overall employee experience.
What Experience and Key Skills We’re Looking For:
- Team Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of HR professionals.
- Decision-Making: The capability to make informed and fair decisions that benefit both the team and the organization.
- Employee Records Management: Keeping all employee files up-to-date, organized, and secure.
- Workflow Optimization: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to streamline HR workflows and reduce administrative overhead.
- Communicative English and Czech or Slovak.
