Our Budapest branch is looking for a new colleague for pleasant and fragrant work with customers. We are looking for someone who loves this industry, has good business sense and ideally has experience selling cosmetics and perfumes. However, the most important thing for us is to build a good relationship with our customers and provide the best service.
Responsabilities:
- Customer service at the checkout - issuing online orders, help with payments and complaints.
- To help customers choose products and actively recommend products according to their needs.
- Receiving goods, maintaining the warehouse and other "behind the scenes" physical work
- Management of the cash register (receipt and issue of cash).
- Working with internal company software (eg inventory) and technology - it's not important to be technically minded, but don't be afraid of computer work either :)
Nice to have:
- Excellent communication skills - helpfulness and good manners are essential
- An interest in cosmetics and perfumes, so that you are interested in the work and able to give better advice to customers.
- Independence, reliability and diligence so that we can count on each other 100%
- Representative appearance and behavior - appearances are not important to us, only that our meeting is pleasant
- English language skills at a communication level, because many foreign clients visit us on a daily basis
- Previous experience in a similar field could be an advantage
