Learning, leadership and performance are key enablers of our success. That’s why we are looking for a Team Lead Learning & Development who will connect business strategy, leadership capability and modern learning solutions across the whole organization – from Head Office, through Retail, to Logistics.
This role is about setting direction, creating alignment and elevating impact — not about delivering everything hands-on.
What Will You Do?
Lead & Develop the L&D Team
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 L&D professionals.
- Set clear priorities, focus areas and ways of working.
- Create strong alignment and collaboration across HR teams.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as a strategic learning partner for them.
Shape Managerial Development & Performance Direction
- Co-create and steer the direction of managerial development across leadership levels.
- Contribute to shaping and evolving the performance management concept in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Ensure leadership development and performance initiatives are aligned with business strategy and cultural ambitions.
- Act as an umbrella owner who connects initiatives, ensures coherence and brings external perspective and best practices.
Elevate Learning Experience & Digital Learning
- Drive the evolution of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and overall learning ecosystem.
- Support the development of a company-wide competency framework aligned with future capabilities.
- Bring expertise in digital learning innovation and AI adoption in learning to scale impact and personalization.
- Strengthen learning experience design to make development engaging, measurable and business-relevant.
Support “Going Global”
- Further develop our language learning strategy and global capability building.
- Strengthen international readiness and cross-market collaboration.
Strategic Planning & Budget Ownership
- Contribute to L&D strategic planning and annual roadmaps.
- Manage and optimize the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Evaluate external vendors and custom-made solutions with strong market awareness.
Business Partnership Across the Organization
- Ensure learning solutions reflect the needs of Head Office, Retail and Logistics environments.
- Work closely with senior management as internal stakeholders.
- Use data and insights to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
What Are We Looking For?
- Experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development or Talent Development, with strong team leadership experience.
- Proven experience designing managerial development and performance-related frameworks.
- Experience with LXP platforms, digital learning tools or AI-enabled learning solutions is a strong advantage.
- Ability to design competency frameworks and scale learning across large organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery capability.
- Experience in complex environments (HQ, retail, operations/logistics is an advantage).
- Fluent English (working language).
