We are looking for an experienced Quality Team Leader who will take responsibility for a team of quality controllers and inventory specialists in the distribution centers of Notino.
What will you do:
- Lead and motivate the quality and inventory team
- Ensure a high level of quality control and inventory accuracy
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions
- Identify issues and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and HSE rules
- Collaborate with other departments within logistics
- Make sure that only current and necessary products are stored
- Analyze data and prepare reports
What we expect from you:
- Experience in team leadership (ideally in logistics or warehouse environment)
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and quality focus, proactive approach
- Experience with IT tools (WMS, Excel, etc.)
- English min. B2 level
